I had the pleasure of meeting Emmanuelle Bury, Country Head of BNP Paribas UK and new president of the French Chamber of Great Britain, a key player in economic relations between France and the United Kingdom.
While more than 400 French companies are established in the United Kingdom, concrete challenges have never been so numerous: talent mobility, youth training, post-Brexit legal framework... As many issues that we addressed during this exchange, in a spirit of constructive dialogue and joint action.
In the run-up to the State visit of the President of the Republic, at the beginning of July, this moment allowed us to reaffirm our shared commitment to building lasting bridges between our two countries—in terms of innovation, investment and strategic cooperation.
