1. Definition.

The purpose of this section is to inform users of the website of the data processing policy for members and users. Newsletter subscriber: refers to any User or person who has completed the registration form on this website.

Personal data: ‘any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “data subject”); an “identifiable natural person” is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.’ (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Article 4 ‘Definitions’).

Visitor: refers to any person accessing and/or using the site.

Purpose of collection: The information collected is recorded in a computer file by Vincent Caure. Your personal data will be processed in particular for the following purposes:

● to manage information relating to Vincent Caure's news, events and meetings;

● to manage Vincent Caure's network;

● to enable Vincent Caure to send you association communications. The processing and storage of data is subject to the consent given by Newsletter Subscribers or Visitors. Whenever data processing is carried out with the consent of the persons concerned, the latter may withdraw their consent at any time by sending a request to vincent.caure@assemblee-nationale.fr. Vincent Caure will not be able to process your request if you fail to provide the required data on data collection forms or if you withdraw your consent.


2. Duration of storage of personal data.

In accordance with the regulations in force, Vincent Caure keeps personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, unless the Subscriber to the newsletter or the Visitor has authorised Vincent Caure to keep his/her data for a later use. The length of time Vincent Caure keeps data varies according to the purposes for which it is processed. Concerning memberships, the management of regular/occasional contacts and political communication operations: data concerning you may be kept for one year from (i) the end of the membership, or (ii) the last contact with the Association at the Visitor's initiative. Concerning operations relating to donations: data concerning the User or the Visitor may be kept as evidence for the duration of the legal limitation period relating to actions in matters of political financing. All cookies used on the Site are technical cookies and therefore fall within the scope of the exceptions set out in the e-Privacy Directive.


3. Communication of personal data.

Information relating to Members and Visitors may be communicated to the following persons :

● Vincent Caure teams who, by virtue of their responsibilities, are authorised to manage this processing;

● Any service providers responsible for carrying out personal data processing operations on behalf of Vincent Caure, who are also subject to confidentiality and security obligations.


4. Transfer of personal data outside the European Union.

Some of our partners may have activities in countries outside the European Union, particularly for the purposes of hosting Personal Data. The data of Newsletter Subscribers and Visitors may be transferred to countries offering adequate protection under current regulations, such as the United States, which provides an adequate level of protection for Personal Data under the Privacy Shield decision. In other cases, the transfer of Personal Data will be carried out using legal tools such as the Standard Contractual Clauses published by the European Commission and recognised as a sufficient guarantee of protection of Personal Data.

5. Your rights.

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to object to and limit the processing of data concerning you, as well as the right to access, rectify, port and delete your data. You also have the right to instruct Vincent Caure what to do with your data after your death. Newsletter Subscribers and Visitors are informed that the exercise of the rights of opposition, deletion and portability of data, as well as the right to limit processing, is subject to conditions and may be refused by Vincent Caure if the requests to exercise these rights do not correspond to the situations provided for by the regulations on personal data. Such a request will be processed as soon as possible, and at the latest within three (3) months of your request.
