Rejection by the National Assembly of the Rassemblement National's bill aimed at easing the conditions for the expulsion of foreigners posing a serious threat to public order

As part of its parliamentary ‘niche’ on Thursday 31 October, i.e. the day dedicated to it, the Rassemblement National proposed several texts which we rejected, two of which had been examined by the Committee on Legal Affairs.

Responsible on behalf of my group for the text relating to the easing of conditions for the expulsion of foreigners posing a serious threat to public order, I took the floor in the Chamber to denounce a text that is inhumane, ineffective, unconventional and unconstitutional.
