I presented my report for the opinion of the Committee on Legal Affairs on the budgetary appropriations for the ‘Council and Control of the State: Council of State and Other Administrative Jurisdictions’ programme. These appropriations are being examined as part of the Finance Bill (PLF) for 2025.
The appropriations for the ‘Council of State and Other Administrative Jurisdictions’ programme finance the expenditure of fifty-two non-specialised administrative jurisdictions - the Council of State, nine administrative courts of appeal and forty-two administrative tribunals - and two specialised administrative jurisdictions, the National Court of Asylum (CNDA) and the Commission du contentieux du stationnement payant (CCSP). In the PLF 2025, they amount to €516 million in commitment appropriations, which is virtually unchanged, and €604 million in payment appropriations, which represents a slight increase.
At the end of their examination, the appropriations were adopted by the members of the Law Commission.
